“My turn then. I summon my monk, whose wisdom switches him to defense mode. Utilizing his effect, I call wilmee to the field with a sacrifice of my polymerization. Xyz Summon! Lavalval Chain!” The monk entered the battlefield, sitting cross-legged in front of Jishin, then pulled out a book, from which emerged the feral form of Wilmee. The two monsters nodded at each other, combining into the form of Lavalval Chain. “Utilizing my chain, I draw my draguard to the top of my deck.” Chains burst forth from the monster, plunging into Jishin’s deck and placing a copy of draguard on top. “Now I call forth my servant:”


The ground in front of Jishin grew red from the heat, then bubbled as the dragon that ruled the flames emerged from it, beating its wings to hover in front of Jishin. “Attack my monsters!” Lavalval Chain whipped its chains into the jar token, destroying it, but the snake bit Jishin before it vanished. The weary Koala leaned forward and tapped Lee for some damage in return. “Hit Lee with Pyroclastic Blast!” Blaster reared up into the sky, and spat out a meteor of fire, splintering the concrete around Lee and burning away some of the foliage of the swamp.
Lee grimaced as he thought This is starting to look a little down hill but I will not give up now.
“Time to call for some close air support!” Big Koala and Blaster entered into an overlay matrix together, summoning forth the giant carrier that was Phantom Beast Plane Draccosack. It dispensed two smaller planes to hover around ground level, while it floated higher up into the air. “And burn this swamp to the ground.” One of the smaller planes turned into a suicide dive, striking the ground and enveloping the swamp in flames, destroying it.
Lee shouted out in despair, “My swamp!”
Jishin calmly gestured to Lee, “Your move.”

Lee drew with tears in the corners of his eyes. “It might not be completely worth it but it'll be a start! Dark Hole!”
The vortex that was the dark hole appeared on the field, quickly sucking in the low-flying plane token and Lavalval chain, destroying them. Draccosack was merely sucked down to ground level, and not destroyed by the vortex. Lee then set one monster in defense mode, and ended his turn thinking, All I need is that one card.
“I still have everything I need to win. My victory is all but certain,” Jishin responded, knowingly glancing at the top of his deck, where Draguard waited.

“Now it's time for you to meet my ultimate beast. I summon my prepared dragard, who calls forth wilmee from my grave.”


An alchemical circle surrounded both Draguard and Wilmee, glowing in time with the chant of Jishin. At the Climax of the chant, both monsters were enveloped in pillars of light, which grew to envelop the entire circle, fading to reveal the feral dragon that had been summoned. “And let's bring back blaster shall we.” The red patch on the ground flexed upwards as Blaster re-emerged from underneath the ground.
“This is gonna hurt” Lee said with a grimace on his face.
“Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, savage his monster with Feral Fury!” The many fanged dragon leaned down and shredded its many fangs into the now revealed Gagagigo, destroying it with reckless abandon, some of the dragon’s spikes flying off of its body to strike at Lee. “Now finish him with pyroclastic blast!” Blaster reared up inhaling as the ball of fire formed at its mouth, flapping its wings to discharge the fire blast at Lee, burning away the last shreds of his life points. “A good game. Well played on your part. But it wasn’t enough.”
