A large building that's several years old, the library is filled with books and information. The building is several stories tall with the first few floors dedicated to virtual information and computers. The middle stories have old city records and books stored in them. The top floors are used for storage of important documents. The middle and top floors are rarely visited as most find the information they need within the virtual libraries and computers.

Domino City Park

A large park that's several dozen acres large. There is a small river running through the center of the park. One can find outdoor dueling platforms open for public usage here as well as other park amenities.

Duel Arenas
(OPEN) Arena of Wannabe's by Jishin Machaen

Located right next to the scenic park, this area is a large domed building with several duel rings inside of it. There is one large stadium styled arena for tournaments. Between Tournaments, the main arena can be split into several smaller public dueling platforms. There are private rooms available for those wanting to practice in solitude or just with friends away from prying eyes. Professional Duelists are often seen leaving and entering these.

Ice Skating Ring

An indoor ice skating ring located within walking distance of the park. Recently, with the duel monsters craze, holographic projectors have been implanted to allow duelists to duel while skated for a daring variation of the game that involves performance skating and dueling that aims to deliver entertainment with finesse and elegance. Many come to watch but few dare join in.
