PERSONALITY to be blunt, nathaniel is fearful and shy. not fearful of himself, but of others. the guy has a crippling case of low self esteem and courage, which normally labels him as a wall flower and the quiet guy. in crowded places or classrooms, he has a habit of sticking to corners or the back of the room to make himself seem as unnoticeable as possible. when you get to know him, he's actually very talkative, though he has a habit of stuttering when he talks and rambles on and on about whatever. because of this outlook he has, this normally leads him to be the trampled on and taken advantage of. he even knows when this is happening to him, but he never has the courage to speak up unless his patience runs out. Despite his outward look, Nat is quite the writer. Usually he's found with his headphones on trying to string a story out of his songs or shuffling through his cards trying t make something out of his hands before trying again and again. | ||||||||
HISTORY -Born into the family of one mom and a sister. -Not the most popular guy at school and never really got into Duel Monsters which lead to it being a tad bit worse in terms of school popularity. -Eventually got into writing around high school and found a small group of friends that taught him how to play the card game. While he never played that much, he found himself writing out decklists for friends or doing creative writing with his own cards. -When push came to shove, Nat was invited to Domino City to attend a school more focused on dueling than anything else on the promise that he'd be writing and learning how to duel better. -After his first year, Nathaniel is still rather nervous around the streets of Domino and hasn't made many friends since he hasn't stuck his neck out to make connections. | ||||||||
ECT. -Prefers making decklists than actual dueling, tends to flip through decks often. -Despite his lack of dueling skills, he rather prefers getting to know his monsters through various methods (like testing the holo system for ingrained personality, etc) -Really loves Masked Hero monsters due to his love of tokusatsu, as well as dinosaurs. -Loves fighting games. | ||||||||
